Here at our private studio in Colorado Springs, we have a multitude of clients from all walks of life enjoying great results from one-on-one 60 minute personal training sessions. A one hour session starts with a 5-10 minute warm up, either on cardio machines or what we call a “dynamic” warm up that includes a full range of body movements to get the joints fully and functionally warmed up. We then go into a specific workout plan based on your individual needs. The actual “workout” portion is usually around 45-50 minutes. This individual training is very detailed and we recommend sessions at least twice a week to achieve optimum results!
Fee: $75 per one hour session.
