Group Sessions

Group TrainingGroup sessions include 3+ people (usually in groups of  4-6).  It is based on the High Intensity Interval (HIIT) style of training in a circuit setting, with overall workouts working multiple muscle groups.  Sessions can be either 30 minute or hour long and are recommended 2-3 times a week for optimal results.  This type of training is very effective for many reasons including accountability to partners, a friendly & competitive environment, and it’s a great way to have fun with your friends while working out!

 

Fees: 30 minutes- $20/person
hour- $35/person
