30 Minute HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is resistance training emphasizing a high level of effort and relatively brief and intense compound movements. Although less time is required, it is more difficult because of increased energy expenditure. Training harder with less time is very effective but only for more advanced clients.
HIIT training is very intense compound movements designed for the advanced client and/or athlete, this type of training is recommended 2-3 times per week for the best results.
Fee: $45 per half hour session
